Corporate events don't have to feel like corporate events.

I create open-fire dining experiences for companies, teams and international delegates across South Africa — from intimate gatherings and client entertainment to year-end celebrations and larger company functions.

The experience can come to you. I can build a complete outdoor fire kitchen at your premises, work with an existing braai area, or create the experience at a venue suited to your group.

The result is more than a meal. It's an opportunity to step away from the usual corporate environment, gather around the fire, enjoy exceptional food and create genuine connections.

Built Around Your Event

Every corporate experience is designed around your group, your setting and the kind of occasion you're creating. 20–80 guests is where many of my experiences work particularly well, but I've hosted groups from intimate teams through to much larger corporate events. I've also created Shisanyama-style experiences for year-end functions of up to 450 guests, as well as larger events of up to 180 guests. For bigger celebrations, Spit Braai – Mr Braai Guy style can also be a fantastic way to bring the fire to a year-end event.
