- Plankie Steaks: Picanha steaks, hung for 2 hours, flambéed with sage butter. 

- Roaming Platter & Harvest Table: Lemon pepper lamb ribs, braaied with lemon butter zest, served with roti, hummus, tzatziki, and fresh veggies. 

- Vegetarian Options: Marinated mushroom kebabs with pita and chimichurri, cumin-infused haloumi with chargrilled kale and za’atar. 

- Mains: Large mushrooms braaied with Mr Braai Guy spice, herbed butter, curried yogurt, and chargrilled peppers.


Main Course: 

Aged tomahawk steaks, reverse seared and braaied with herbed butter, served with marrow bones and crispy potato wedges on wooden boards.
